: 1Species that can be relatively easily identified even by inexperienced recorders with the use of up-to-date field guides. Such records would be accepted without the need for additional evidence as long as they conform to the normal flight period and geographical range of the species.
"The first Sussex record was on Aug 2nd 2009 at Birkdale in Bexhill. Another was seen in Friston Forest on Aug 8th. There were two more in the Friston Forest area in August 2010 and one was also found in Lewes on July 28th 2010. Subsequent pheromone trapping in suitable areas elsewhere has been unsuccessful and further trapping at the original site in Bexhill also proved unsuccessful. (Pratt, 2011)."
