Resident, The moth generally occurs singly at mv light in a few places in both vice-counties, although it is occasionally fairly common at Marley Common. Single-brooded, flying mainly from late July to early September, occasionally to the third week of September. Larvae feed on the flowers of gorse. (Pratt,2011)
