Local

A resident that is in danger of extinction. It generally occurs on chalk, but is very local and distinctly episodic in appearance. It is single-brooded, flying from mid June to mid July, occasionally from early June. The larval foodplant has yet to be determined in Sussex although wild thyme has been listed elsewhere. (Pratt, 2011).
