Nationally Scarce A

The only recent record of this species comes from Ambersham Common in 1980, although there was a historical report of a colony in the Haslemere district. Elsewhere reported to be double-brooded, flying mainly from March to May and again in July. Larvae feed on Calluna and Thymus spp. (Pratt, 2011)
