Local

A resident that occurs singly in a few deciduous woods away from the far east in both vice-counties. It is double-brooded, flying mainly from late April to mid June and again more frequently from mid July to late August. The caterpillars feed on small-leaved lime and silver birch. (Pratt, 2011).
