Resident. In danger of extinction in both vice-counties. Very few modern records, mainly in the west. Probably continuously brooded indoors, but single flight outdoors mainly June and July. Larvae feed on stored vegetable products indoors and on bracket fungi outdoors. (Pratt, 2011)
