A resident that is scarce, occuring in singletons at mv light in a wide range of habitats. Chiefly found along our northern borders and in the south-western corner of the county. Extremely local and very irregular in appearance. Single-brooded, flying mainly from mid June to early August. Larvae feed on Bedstraw. (Pratt, 2011)
