The only specimen to have been recorded in Sussex was the first UK record for more than 100 years. The moth was attracted to mv light at Rewell Wood in July 2006 by B. Elliot. Subsequent sampling of fungi and detritus the following spring did not produce any clue to its biology. (Pratt, 2011)
