Local
First recorded in 1905 at East Grinstead and then again in1980 at Rogate. Its next appearance was in 1990 at Walberton and at Ebernoe Common in 2009. It has never been detected in East Sussex. In other counties it is single-brooded flying from May to July. Its larval food plant is not known in this country. (Pratt, 2011).
