Local

Resident. Occurs in small numbers at mv light in a few dry habitats in both vice-counties, especially on the downs, but has not been seen since the 1990's. Flies mainly from mid June to mid July. Elsewhere, larvae feed on sheep's-fescue and fine-leaved sheep's-fescue (Pratt, 2011).
