Common

A resident species often fairly common to common at mv light in a wide range of habitats. Sometimes locally very common in deciduous woods and on heathery commons. Widely distributed. Single-brooded, flying mainly from mid-April to early May. Larvae feed on oak. (Pratt, 2011)
