Nationally Scarce B

The only known Victorian locality for this species in Sussex was at Cissbury. By 1905 it was 'flying in abundance and associated with juniper'. The lone record made since then concerns half a dozen adults beaten out from juniper on Harting Down in May 1995. Larvae feed on juniper shoots in other counties. (Pratt, 2011).
