Common

A widespread resident that generally occurs singly or sparingly across the county. It can be fairly common at mv light. The larvae are noticeably more numerous than the resultant adults. It is single-brooded, flying from early June to mid August, occasionally from late May or to the third week of August. The larvae feed on spindle. (Pratt, 2011).
