Nb

A resident species, usually occurring sparingly or fairly commonly in most colonies, but sometimes common at mv light near a few reedy dykes. Occasionally very common at dusk near St. Leonards. Extremely local and distinctly episodic in appearance but increasing. Single-brooded, flying mainly from mid-June to early August. Larvae feed on hairy woodrush, wood-sedge and other marsh plants. (Pratt, 2011)
