Nationally Scarce B

A resident species, apparently scarce in both vice-counties, but perhaps seriously under-recorded. Single-brooded, flying mainly from late May to mid June. Larvae are believed to feed on bramble, but this has yet to be confirmed in Sussex. (Pratt, 2011)
