Nb

A resident species in serious danger of extinctions across the region. Still sometimes fairly common to common on a very few downland slopes. Extremely local and distinctly episodic in numbers and currently only known from Devil's Dyke and Lewes. Single-brooded, flying for a short period mainly between early June and mid-July. Larvae feed on rock-rose. (Pratt, 2011)
