Nationally Scarce B

A resident species, rare in the West and undetected in the East since 1956. Single-brooded, flying mainly during July and August. Larvae feed on the seeds of wild carrot, wild parsnip, pepper saxifrage and wild angelica. (Pratt, 2011).
